1. Acceptance
By using this site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. The site is operated by GDR Centro de Capacitación, part of Grupo Del Rosario (RNC 131-47012-2), Ave. 27 de Febrero #102, 5th Floor, Suite 502, El Vergel, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
2. Course, workshop, and event information
We strive to keep the published information accurate, but dates, schedules, prices, content, and instructors may change. Workshops marked “Program coming soon” do not yet have set dates or prices. Courses listed as “previous” are not currently available, and their information is for reference only. Historical figures and testimonials are informational and are not promises of results.
3. Enrollment and payments
- You can reserve your spot with 50% of the price and pay the remaining 50% before the workshop begins.
- Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer, following the instructions GDR gives you when confirming your enrollment.
- The terms for changes, cancellations, or refunds for each workshop are provided at the time you enroll; to review them, message us before paying.
4. Space rental
- Rate: RD$ 3,500 per hour, with a minimum rental of 2 hours.
- Reserved time includes setup and teardown. Extra hours are subject to availability.
- Payments must be made before the reservation date. Rental hours start from the reserved time, even if the space is not used for the entire duration, and full payment is required for the hours reserved.
- Punctuality is required. Smoking is prohibited inside the premises.
- The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the space or property during the rental period.
5. Proper use of the site
You must not use the site for unlawful activities, to send spam, to attempt unauthorized access to its systems, or to interfere with its operation.
6. Intellectual property
The site's texts, logos, designs, and photographs belong to GDR or their authors and may not be copied or reused without authorization. Photographs of workshops and events are published for informational purposes; if you appear in one and would like it removed, write to us.
7. Third-party links and services
The site links to external services (WhatsApp, social networks, YouTube, Google Maps). GDR does not control their content or their policies.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is.” GDR is not responsible for interruptions, technical errors, or decisions made solely on the basis of the information on the site, without prejudice to the rights that the law grants to consumers and users, including Law No. 358-05, the General Law on the Protection of Consumer and User Rights.
9. Personal data
The processing of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
