1. Who we are
GDR Centro de Capacitación (hereinafter “GDR”) is a training center operated by Grupo Del Rosario (RNC 131-47012-2), located at Ave. 27 de Febrero #102, 5th Floor, Suite 502, El Vergel, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. It is the data controller for the personal data it receives through this website.

2. What data we collect and why
- Contact form: first name, last name, email address, and the message you write. We also store the date of submission, the page you wrote from, and your IP address to prevent spam and abuse. We use them solely to respond to your inquiry.
- WhatsApp, phone, and email: if you contact us through these channels, we use the information you share with us (for example, your number and your message) only to handle your request. When you tap a WhatsApp button, the WhatsApp app opens with a prepared message; from that moment, that platform's privacy policy applies.
- Enrollments and reservations: the information needed to manage your spot in a workshop or the reservation of a space, which you provide to us directly.
- Browsing data: the server hosting the site may record basic technical data (IP address, date and time, pages visited, browser) for security and operational reasons.
We do not sell your data or use it for automated decision-making. This site does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking pixel tools; if they are added in the future, they will be activated only with your consent (see the Cookie Policy).
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your data based on your free, prior, and informed consent, which you give by voluntarily submitting the form or contacting us through any of our channels, and to manage the relationship you request with us (for example, an enrollment).
4. Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. Only providers that supply the technical services of website hosting and email (to receive your messages) are involved, and they may be located outside the Dominican Republic. We may also disclose data when a competent authority requires it by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and the relationship that arises from it, and afterward for the period during which legal liabilities may be enforceable. After that time, it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights
In accordance with Law No. 172-13 on the Comprehensive Protection of Personal Data of the Dominican Republic, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation (deletion), and objection, as well as withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, email us at gdrcentrodecapacitacion@gmail.com stating which right you wish to exercise and a way for us to respond to you. If you believe your rights have not been addressed, you may turn to the competent authorities.
7. Minors
Some of our workshops are aimed at teenagers. Data of minors must be provided by their parent or guardian, who declares having the authority to do so. If you believe a minor sent us data without authorization, write to us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encrypted connection, restricted access to received messages, protection against automated submissions). No measure is infallible; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Links and external content
This site includes links to social networks (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), Google Maps, and WhatsApp, and may display YouTube videos. Those services have their own privacy policies. YouTube videos load only when you allow it and press play.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or the law. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
